Deana, Dental Assistant

For over 30 years Deana has been providing constant and consistent professional dental care to our patients. Deana also helps to increase our patients understanding of the dental treatment process, as well as provide them with a sense of comfort throughout their visit. Over the course of her time hear, Deana has developed many close relationships with both our team and patients.

In her spare time, Deana enjoys playing the piano, gardening, spending time with family and traveling.

Tracey, Dental Assistant

Tracey is a graduate of the Dental Assisting Program at Washtenaw Community College and has been a part of our team since 2012. Educating patients on their dental health is very important to her. She strives on making our patients comfortable during their procedures. Tracey loves seeing patients walk out of our office with a beautiful, confident smile.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Tracey loves music, cooking and traveling.

Jodie, Dental Assistant

Jodie has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She enjoys learning about her patients and helping them build their perfect smile.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids.

Margaret, Dental Assistant

Margaret received her Registered Dental Assistant license in 2020 and has been working at Wurtzel Family Dentistry ever since. She takes great pleasure in using our digital technology to make our patients experience better.

In her free time, Margaret enjoys dancing, running, and spending time with her very large family and friends. Margaret is also an active member at her church and enjoys volunteering for her local community.

Mariah, Dental Assistant

Mariah is a graduate of the Dental Assisting Program at Washtenaw Community College. She has been working as a registered dental assistant at Wurtzel Family Dentistry since 2020. Mariah is passionate about her patients and seeks genuine connections with each and every one. Since starting here, Mariah has also been passionate about learning new dental technology and she has continued to stay up to date on the newest software’s that allow the dentists to be more efficient with many of their procedures.

This spring, Mariah will be starting the Dental Hygiene Program at Jackson College and she plans on returning to work as a full time hygienist here at our office.

When Mariah isn’t learning the newest dental software’s, she’s spending time with her fiancé, Bryce and their two dogs: Bailey, and Enzo.
