My husband and I started attending Wurtzel a few months ago. Dr. Lindsey saw that I had severe bone loss in one of my teeth and took amazing care of getting me to see the right people to have the tooth removed. She is so kindhearted and … More listened to all my concerns when addressing the steps of removing the tooth and getting an implant. I also had to bring my 7 year old with me and she asked him questions and even let him pick a prize from the prize box, even though he wasn’t the patient.
Fast forward a few months to now and I got to meet Dr. Donald Wurtzel who will be completing my dental implant. He’s super sweet and very caring about his patients. He listened to my concerns regarding the process of getting the implant.
Margaret who is one of the dental assistants at the office is so kind and her smile is very contagious.
The Wurtzel family are great and really strive to bring the best dental care experience to their patients.
The ladies at the front desk are pretty amazing too! -

But a coworker at UofM recommended Wurtzel Family Denistry to me so … More I made an appointment. We couldn’t be happier! The staff is always kind, upbeat and professional. They really care about their patients! They worked very closely with both kid’s orthodontist and are quick to get us in if there is a concern. My primary dentist is Dr. Lindsey but have seen Dr. Ben on occasion and feel comfortable with them both. My now adult children still come from out of town because we have so much trust in the Wurtzels. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place!! 🦷

I could write a whole page on how amazing this office is, from front desk staff, to the hygienists, and each of the doctors, everyone always has a smile on their faces!

I was desperate and was crying, because I don’t know other dentist in the area and told this to the reception lady. And she made a comment: “You were visiting us 3 years ago, so anyway You would have to do new X-ray and everything”. And previously I was scheduling appointment with Dr Ben and made an insurance with Delta Dental only because Wurtzel dentistry is in network. Donatella(I guess that was the receptionist name) told me that the earliest I can get in is Thursday. After I told her I am in pain and wasn’t sleeping for 2 nights waiting for Monday for Wurtzel Dentistry to be opened. I have feeling DR Donald would have an other solution….

After my last dentist retired I discovered Wurtzel Family Dentistry and was very pleasantly surprised at how professional and friendly the entire staff was. I was greeted the moment I walked in by the office personnel and was called back … More almost immediately. The hygienist did an amazing job with both the X-Rays and cleaning. Doctor Ben Wurtzel was very thorough and honest and did not try to up sell any additional services. I highly recommend Wurtzel Dentistry.

Can't say enough about this place! My wife and I have been going for several years and love it. The staff and hygienists are great and very nice. Our dentists (Lindsey and Ben, respectively) are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and … More clearly more concerned about their patients than their bottom line. When a dental situation emerged that needed immediate attention, they were able to see me three times in a very short amount of time, and didn't charge us extra.
